    Abby is not a doctor and cannot diagnose issues or prescribe medications. Abby is a certified Pilates instructor who can only give fitness based advice and suggestions.

    All clients must fill out a liability waiver before taking any in person or virtual private session or group class.

    For clients living with injuries, post surgeries/ joint replacements, and pre/postnatal clients, a doctors note to practice fitness is required before our first session.
